1. Who we are legally

Istituto Belmonte programs are delivered by BHBlasted S.r.l. Società Benefit, a company incorporated under Italian law with its registered office at Nola (NA), via Boscofangone, zona ASI lotto C8.

«Istituto Belmonte» is the name of the training program and the mark under which it is presented. It is not a separate legal entity, and a contract is signed with the company named above.

2. What we issue

At the end of a program we issue two documents, at different times.

A certificate of attendance, handed over at the end of the stay to anyone who attended at least 80% of the scheduled hours. It states the hours attended, the modules, the dates and the sites.

A program completion certificate, issued after the final submission 90 days after return, to anyone who holds the certificate of attendance, has submitted every module deliverable and has submitted the implementation plan. It states attendance and submission, deliverable by deliverable, with the date of each.

Both documents can be seen before enrolling, in facsimile, on the certificate page.

3. What we do not issue

We write it out in full, because this is the information that whoever has to decide actually needs.

Our programs do not confer: a degree, an academic diploma, a postgraduate diploma, a doctorate, a university master's degree, Italian university credits (CFU), ECTS credits, any recognized professional qualification, any certification of competences under Italian regional rules, or any qualification with legal validity in Italy or in any other country.

No academic recognition is automatic. If the hours attended are to count towards a student's degree, that decision rests solely with their own institution, not with us. Where that institution provides for it and appoints a tutor from its own teaching staff, we supply the syllabus, the hours and the attendance register in the format the institution requires. That is everything we can do, and we do not promise it will be enough.

4. What can be verified about us, and where

Two facts. Neither depends on what we say, and anyone can check both without asking us for permission.

The Impact Report, filed with the annual accounts. The company delivering the programs is a Società Benefit — a legal form under Italian law — and files an impact report with its accounts each year, available from the Italian Business Register. The 2025 report states the repositioning towards artificial intelligence technologies, the principle that AI proposes and analyses while people assess and decide, and the link to Article 4 of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 on artificial intelligence, which concerns the AI literacy of the people who use these tools. It is not a brochure. It is a document the law requires us to file and that anyone can go and read.

A European Union trade mark in the training class. HACK&BLAST, EU trade mark no. 019120355, registered on 29/03/2025 in class 41, technology training services, proprietor BHBlasted S.r.l. Società Benefit. Checkable in the public EUIPO register. Behind that mark are two real and already public events: an artificial intelligence hackathon held in Caserta on 9 and 10 May 2025 and an initiative on women and technology on 8 March 2025.

5. What we do not say about ourselves, and why

Three things are expected on a training website and are not here. We explain the absence rather than paper over it.

We publish no employment rates or career outcomes. We do not have them, because we have not yet run an intake, and a figure about what happens in someone else's life after a course is a figure the publisher does not control. In its place we write what is produced inside the program, deliverable by deliverable.

We publish no student or intake numbers. For the same reason. When they exist and can be verified, they will be written with their date.

We publish no third-party company logos. Someone else's logo is used only with the written permission of its owner, one permission per logo, and today we hold none. Where a company took part in an event of ours or hosts a visit, we name it in text, with the date, and that is a fact. A wall of logos would not be.

We display no quality seals, trust badges or ratings. Displaying a trust or quality mark without the authorisation of the body that issues it is prohibited, and in any case it would prove nothing. In their place we publish the data a third party holds: the VAT number, the REA number, the trade mark number, the policy number. These can be verified without asking us for anything, and that is a form of evidence that is harder to write and harder to fake.

Complaints and institutional contact

For complaints, requests for documentation, verification of the delivering entity's identity or formal correspondence, the institutional officer replies within two working days. This program does not lead to any qualification with legal validity. Istituto Belmonte is a private training institute. Its programs do not confer qualifications with legal validity in Italy or in any other country and carry no academic credits. A certificate of attendance stating hours and content is issued at the end.
