Four addresses instead of one, because somebody writing on behalf of a group of forty people and somebody writing to find out whether they can come on their own need different answers, from different people. We reply within two working days. If something is missing we ask for it in that same reply, rather than opening a long exchange.

Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00 CET. Mind the time zone. Italy is seven hours ahead of Mexico City, eight at some times of the year, so our afternoon is their early morning.

Visits
Both sites are visited by appointment. One of the two is a working plant, so access has its own rules and its own hours, and a visit without an appointment cannot be authorized on the spot.
Complaints
A complaint goes to institucional@istitutobelmonte.com. We answer within five working days with the status of the file and within thirty days with a substantive reply, as written in the terms and conditions. Whoever brings a group finds in the contract the name, the telephone number and the signature of the person responsible, who is the same person from the quotation to the final report.
This program does not lead to any qualification with legal validity. Istituto Belmonte is a private training institute. Its programs do not confer qualifications with legal validity in Italy or in any other country and carry no academic credits. A certificate of attendance stating hours and content is issued at the end.
