A private Italian training center that teaches inside working companies

Istituto Belmonte hosts university student groups from other countries and takes them inside Italian and European business, design and applied artificial intelligence. You come for a short stay, you work on a project of your own, you walk into places where something is actually produced, and you go home with a finished piece of work and a document stating how many hours you attended and on what.

Where do you start?

I am coming on my own

Four weeks, published day by day, with each participant enrolling separately.

The programs →

I am bringing a group

You chair a student association, you run a department, or you work in administration. The program is built with you and the invoice is issued to the institution.

I am looking for an experience

From two days upwards, inside companies, company archives and innovation hubs, in Italy and in Europe.

What we teach

Three subjects, each for a different reason.

Design and Italian creative business

This is the subject where Italy holds something that is not available elsewhere, and that is learned better by standing inside the places where the work happens than by reading about it. You work on a real product, take it apart, rebuild it and put a price on it that you can defend.

28 days · 100 hours · in person

Digital business and multichannel commerce

This is the trade of the people who founded the Istituto, and the context that makes the other two subjects useful. A well designed product and an automated process are worth little if you cannot say where the price is formed, who buys, and through which channel.

Artificial intelligence applied to business processes

Here we teach what we do. The people who run these modules build and operate agents and automations in their daily work, not in a teaching laboratory. The group's own route with these tools started in 2025 and accelerated from February 2026.

28 days · 100 hours · in person

Extended program, 85 days

A longer stay with a lower weekly intensity and time to work on your own project.

85 days · 180 hours · in person

What we issue, and what we do not

At the end of the stay we issue a certificate of attendance, and ninety days after the return, to whoever delivered the final work, a certificate of completion. Both state the hours attended, the contents and the period, and both carry a verification code.

We do not award bachelor's, master's or doctoral degrees, academic degrees, university credits, CFU, ECTS, or recognized professional certifications. Our programs do not lead to a qualification with official value, in Italy or anywhere else. Academic recognition of those hours depends exclusively on each participant's home institution.

You can see the document before enrolling. → The certificate, in full

If you are bringing a group

When the buyer is a student association or an institution, the person who organizes is not the person who pays, and the person who pays has different questions. That part of the site is written for that case.

There are four things an administrative office always asks for, and all four are there. A named person responsible for the group throughout the stay, with a contact that answers. A registration document for the program, with contents, hours, places and dates. A measurement of what was done. A final report delivered to the institution at the end.

We offer both purchasing routes, an invoice to the institution or individual enrolments by each participant. Which of the two is needed is decided by the office that pays, and it is the first thing we ask. → For groups

Visas and Schengen days

For a stay of up to 90 days within any 180, Mexican and Brazilian citizens do not need a visa to enter the Schengen area. Every Istituto program lasts less than 90 days, by decision.

The count is cumulative across the whole Schengen area, not Italy alone, and since 10 April 2026 the entry/exit system records it automatically at the border. Anyone who has already travelled to Europe in the previous six months may not have enough days left, and that is checked before enrolling, not at the airport.
