Where you sleep, and what it costs

Accommodation is not included in the price of the program. It is a separate option, with its own price written out, and it can be declined. We say so plainly because a price that carries it inside without warning hides what the training actually costs, and because anyone comparing two programs has a right to compare the same thing.
The Istituto's option

- On confirmation of enrollment. After that, only if there is space
[accommodation: agreement to be signed]. The agreement with the accommodation is not signed yet and the price depends on its quotation. Until it exists, what stands here is a placeholder and not an estimate: an approximate figure that later moves is worse than no figure at all, because the figure is what a family decides on.
If you prefer to arrange it yourselves
You can, with no penalty and without having to justify it. All we ask for is the address and a telephone number before departure, because the person responsible for the group has to know where everyone sleeps and be able to reach them all if needed.
We do not recommend accommodation we have not seen, and we take no commission from anyone.
What the price of the program already covers, and you do not have to look for separately
The urban transport pass for the whole stay. Lunch on teaching days, which is twenty of them on a four-week intensive and thirty-six on the extended program. The transfer from the airport on arrival. The transfers the program provides for, visits included.
It does not include dinners, meals at the weekend or on days without classes, or personal expenses.
The security deposit
Accommodation may ask for a deposit. The Istituto does not collect it, it does not pass through us and it is not part of the price: it is handed to the accommodation and recovered from them on departure, on their terms. Where it applies, the amount is written into the accommodation contract before it is signed.
This program does not lead to a qualification with official value. Istituto Belmonte is a private Italian training institute. Its programs do not award qualifications with official value in Italy or in Mexico and carry no academic credits. A certificate of attendance is issued.
