Experience
A thousand startups in one building
Three days inside the largest startup campus in Europe, built in a former railway station. The question is not how many companies fit inside: it is what a startup is asked for in order to get in, and what happens to the ones that are shown out.

Itinerary day by day
Day 1 — Arrival and preparation
In the afternoon, a two-hour opening session. The next day's visit is prepared: each team arrives at the campus with three written questions, not with a phone in hand. It is the difference between a visit and a stroll, and in a place that size it shows immediately.
Day 2 — Inside the campus
In the morning, Station F, Insider Tour: about forty-five minutes, groups of up to twenty-five people.
Two real restrictions and the program writes them beforehand. The tour in English runs on Wednesdays and Thursdays only; and each participant has to register individually, even arriving as a group: for fifteen people that is an hour of administrative work which we do, but which somebody has to do.
The Insider Tour does not include meetings with founders or with startups. If the group wants to talk to the people who work there, a dedicated paid format exists and we put it in the quotation as a separate, stated line.
In the afternoon, a three-hour working session on what was seen that morning.
Day 3 — The school on the other side of the table
In the morning, HEC Paris, immersion program for foreign ecosystems. It is the opposite point of view: not the startup looking for capital but the school that trains the people who manage that capital. In the afternoon, eight-minute presentations, discussion and closing.

What this experience does not include today, and we write it ourselves
Paris is also the capital of luxury, and it is the first thing a group expects to visit here. Today we have no verified visit channel with any company in the sector, so we do not promise it and we do not name it. Anyone looking for that subject will find it, with confirmed sites, in the Italian design and manufacturing experiences.
What is included and what is not
Included: the visits to the confirmed sites, the booking and coordination with whoever receives the group, including the individual registration of each participant, the guided working sessions totalling five hours, the materials, one person from the Istituto with the group throughout the experience and the certificate of participation in the experience.
Not included: flight, transfers to and from the airport, lodging, meals, urban transport, personal travel insurance.
The season, and why
It is sold all year, January included: it is an urban experience and indoors, and the campus works in the months when tourism is at a standstill.
The real restriction is not the season, it is the day of the week: the English-language tour exists on Wednesdays and Thursdays only, and the whole route is built around those two days. Those are chosen first and the flights are bought afterwards.
Logistics and capacity
All the sites are inside Paris and reached on urban transport.
The capacity is 25 people, and it is also the breaking point: it is one of the few cases in the catalog where a group of twenty-five goes in whole.
The recommended group is 15 people: it is the size that reaches the group rates without going over the access limits of the visits, which at these sites go up to 25. Above 25 the itinerary splits into two slots, the day gets longer and the cost per person does not go down.
Cover
The program includes an accident and public liability policy for the whole stay. The sums insured, the insurer and the policy number are published once it is taken out and are attached to the contract; until then they can be requested in writing, with an answer within two working days.
Do you want it to count as training, with a certificate? This experience can be built into an Istituto program, with classroom hours, a piece of work to deliver and a certificate of attendance. → For groups
